I really wanted to have a good experience with Curayou, but it just felt a little unprofessional. The replies seemed rushed and kind of cold, and I had to explain the same things more than once. No one was exactly rude, but they also werent very helpful or organized. For something involving personal care, I expected better communication and a more respectful tone. It was just okay, but I wouldnt go back

I ordered from Curayou and at first the product looked okay. But after using it for a little while, the quality started to feel kind of cheap. It’s not a totally useless item, but for the price, I was expecting a better quality. I’m not sure I would buy from them again.

"Packaging was okay, but could be better"
I ordered from Curayou the packaging was fine, I guess?? Nothing really special. The items did arrive in one piece, so that’s definitely good, but the box looked a little beat up when it got to me. There was some padding inside, but not as much as I expected?? It didn’t feel super secure for something being shipped. Overall, not a bad experience, but I do think they could improve the packaging a bit.

"Subscription was such a hassle to deal with"
I signed up on curayou.com, managing the subscription ended up being way more annoying than it should’ve been. I couldn’t easily find where to change or cancel anything, and when I tried getting help, I felt like I was just being transferred around instead of actually getting an answer.
For something as basic as account settings, it felt really messy and frustrating. I don’t want to spend that much time clicking around or chasing support just to manage a subscription. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they make this process a lot easier.

"Felt Kinda Stuck With It"
The site was okay overall, but the prices felt a bit too high for what I actually got out of it. I kept hoping the results would make it feel worth it, but they never really did. After paying, I kind of felt trapped, like I had to just make the best of it even though I wasn’t super happy. Not sure I’d pay for it again.

I gave it a fair shot for a few weeks, and while I guess it might work better for other people, I didn’t notice much of a difference myself. The website was easy enough to use and shipping was decent, so I can’t really complain there. I just wish the product had done more for me. It wasn’t terrible, but the results were definitely weaker than I was hoping for.

The whole thing felt kind of shady to me. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive and kept coming at me like I was being pressured to respond or take action immediately. It just left a bad impression, and I wouldn’t use it again.

I’ll give them credit, the support team was polite and helpful once they actually got to it. But having to follow up twice to get the issue sorted was frustrating. Like, I shouldn’t have to keep nudging just to get a basic update. It did get fixed in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the whole thing took longer than it really needed to. Not bad overall, just definitely room for improvement.

I ordered from Curayou and everything went through fine in the end, but umm, the checkout process felt a bit clunky. I had to double-check my info a couple times, and the confirmation email took a little while to show up. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, just could be a bit more seamless.

Communication was clear for the most part. I got the info I needed without having to chase anyone down too much, and the replies actually made sense. I did get a little mixed up on the timing at one point because one message came later than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a huge deal in the end. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars...

My order did show up, just later than I was expecting. The tracking barely updated, which was kind of annoying because I kept checking it and not really getting any info. But yeah, the package arrived in good condition in the end, so it was okay overall.

The health and safety info on the site seemed clear from what I could see, and it did give me a decent level of confidence before booking. I still would’ve liked a little more detail, though. After I made the payment, I started feeling a bit unsure because there wasn’t much reassurance or follow-up, which made me slightly distrustful. Overall, the info is okay, but better communication after payment would help a lot.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
The site was easy to get around and didn’t feel cluttered or messy. I found the info I needed quickly, and the pages loaded just fine on my phone. Checkout was clear too, like, there weren’t any weird steps or confusing buttons to deal with. The only small thing is I kind of wish a few sections had a bit more detail, but overall, yeah, it was simple and easy to use.
